The packaging was excellent. It was carefully wrapped to make sure it didn’t get damaged. The mount is very sturdy and easy to install, although i was a bit confused on how to install the extensions. A picture or instructions would have helped, so i just left the extensions alone. Overall love it and can’t wait to mount stuff on it.
The product came extremely well packaged, definitely would not get damaged in shipping. The product itself is very well made, highly quality craftsmanship, zero defects and assembles easily. High quality hardware. Love the sticker. Only suggestion for improvement would be, show on the video how the two other plates are utilized. It is fairly easy to figure where they mount based on the mounting holes and plate configuration, videos are always a great assist.
When I mounted one bracket I did install a piece of padding on the edge of one plate to prevent vibration rubs on the inside of truck bed wall.
These are amazing and give my storage and awesome look i definitely recommend for anyone who needs to organize their things better.
I was looking for an option that fit within the confines of my overland set up. 2019 TRD Pro Tundra equipped with a Diamondback HD cover and Frontrunner cross bars with a Ikamper that stays mounted year round. Being that this is my adventure rig it doesn’t get driven a whole lot other than the weekends. I was elated to find Rago’s offerings of a sleek solution that wouldn’t take up much bed space and still allow for quick access. I have them mounted behind the cab in front of my gear which I store in wheeled totes. Out of sight and secured so theft isn’t a concern and they are also quickly accessible. Good job Rago team! Easy install, took less than an hour to assemble and place.
I just purchased the Waterport (version 2 I think) and it doesn't fit in a Tacoma (17) under a Diamondback Tonneau cover like the older version used to. I purchased this bracket to attach the Waterport to the side of the bed to keep it from rolling/moving. I had to drill into the bracket to make an extra hole so I would have 3 bolts into the bracket. Simple mod. Worth the purchase and peace of mind.
