This is an awesome way to increase the storage space in a 5th gen 4Runner. The shelf is easy to assemble (with the included hardware and the powder coat is durable and looks great! The packaging that this shelf ships in is very secure. My panels arrived in great shape. I have my Goal Zero 500 power supply mounted on my shelf as well as a surprising amount of gear that used to roll around the cargo area. No vibrations,noise or sagging at all. A great addition to any 4Runner!
I got everything installed and all I can say is, "WOW, this thing is heavy duty!" the powder coating finish is one of the best I have seen. Everything that I have ever ordered from Rago has had the best powder coating out of all the parts I have ordered. The shelf system itself is amazing and I have gotten lots of compliments from coworkers. I have literally had people flag me down and ask to check it out in person, prior to making their purchases. Just wanted to say thank you for another great product.
Easy easy easy! Installed Rago 5 panel roof rack, inside panels and shelf in less 5 hrs. New style roof rack installed on truck with new style slotted side rails. Simple 1hr install. By myself. Installed shelf with help of two women. Needed them for instructions. Shew! Side panels were an erector set. Just a lot of angles and shifts. Awesome product. Would recommend definitely. HB
Absolutely in love with the storage system. I received the side panels back in May and the top shelf for Christmas this year.The panels were easy to sand, clean and paint myself, even easier to install on my own. The shelf was still a breeze to get in but I was glad to have a helping hand! The side panels alone offered ample storage for my daily needs: dog gear, med kit, car tools, etc. But I'm excited for the additional space the shelf will provide to keep things up off the floor. I also love how easy it is to adjust my organization and customize it to my needs for whatever adventure I may be headed out on next. Thank you Rago for developing such a high-quality product!
Just installed the storage panel shelf and I LOVE it! I can finally put the puppers clean towels, blankets, jackets, on the shelf and not have it scattered in the back seat. The shelf is well made and wasn’t too difficult to install, although, I definitely recommend two people. This is also a great product to get if you want to create more storage or be organized with certain items.
