First off, customer service was great. I called and they walked back to make sure they had what I needed and got it in the mail that day. Second, the product quality is on point. It came exactly as described and is a huge improvement over the stock fuel tank skid I had before. It came in very handy on a recent trail ride. My only suggestion is a 4runner specific install video. The current video they send is for a Tacoma and the install is just a little bit different. All around great company and product.
