Description

Conquer the toughest of trails with the protection you will need with the Chevy Colorado Shock Guards! In addition to protecting the most exposed part of the shock, the guard also extends to protect the shock shaft from pits and abuse, extending shock life from leaks and tears of the shock shaft seal. Our design also includes a drain hole placed at the lowest point of the guard to prevent lingering of water during water crossings.

These are compatible with all trim levels of the 2012-2022 Chevy Colorado, including the Colorado ZR2.

Install will require very minimum trimming. There is a small tab on the end of the emergency brake bracket that will need to be trimmed off so it can allow the placement of the second bolt. See photos for reference.

Worth the wait

These shock guards are beefy 100% worth getting I'm incredibly happy with the fit and finish and the very nice powder coat as well, if your thinking about getting these do it you will not be disappointed

Well made product. Easy to install, I had a lift. I replaced the 2 sent bolts/nuts with some others that were stronger and fit better. They look great and I think they will provide needed protection for the mount.

Nice piece of kit!

Installed the Rago shock guards this afternoon. They appear to be well built and should provide the trail protection that I'm looking for. Cuts, welds, and bends are nice and the powder coating was perfect. The install was a breeze, and took about 30 minutes total. That includes the time it took to remove the OEM ZR2 DSSV plastic shock guards and trim them to work with the Rago guards. Overall they look as if they will hold up well. Time and use will tell more.
