As the off-road and overland community continues to evolve, Rago Fabrication advances with it. Over the last few years, off-road EV’s have become more prominent on the trail, and they need the parts to safely navigate the hazards & obstacles the unpaved path has to offer. Rago Fabrication welcomes this new group of EV adventurers to our extensive off-road/overland family with the launch of Rago EV. 

Rago EV is starting its journey with expertly designed and American made products for the Rivian R1T. We now offer a full line-up of parts for enhancing your EV’s off-road utility. Read on to take an in-depth dive about Rago EV’s products, what makes them unique, and what next we have in-store!

Front Bumper

Rago EV created a Rivian Front Bumper to enhance your R1T’s front-end durability and off-road/overland utility. The bumper offers an integrated 20-inch LED light bar mount for illuminating the trail ahead. It features an aluminum front skid plate for protecting your Rivian’s front undercarriage from rocks, shrubs, and other obstacles encountered when on the trail. The bumper is crafted from heavy-duty steel that is finished in a sleek dual-stage hammer black powder coat. Our front bumper seamlessly follow the contours of your rig while providing aluminum accent panels for an unmatched styling that will take your Rivian to the next level.

Rear Bumper

No off-road or overland vehicle is complete without a rear bumper that is designed to conquer the rigors the trail has to offer. Rago EV has a R1T Rear Bumper to pair with our Front Bumper. It features two pod light mounts for improved rear lighting when in dark or dusty conditions. The bumper is designed to seamlessly cover the rear of your Rivian to protect it from off-road obstacles. It is made from heavy-duty steel that is finished in a resilient 2-stage hammer black powder coat for a durable and sleek styling.

Chase Rack

Our R1T Chase Rack provides supplementary lighting and overland storage capabilities while enhancing the OEM styling of your Rivian. The chase rack’s primary light mount can run (1) 30-inch LED light bar or (5) 6-inch round lights for forward-facing or chase lighting when in dim, dusty, or dark conditions. The rack also features a secondary light option below the light bar mount that can fit a pair of pod lights for maximum lighting capabilities. The rack’s side panels offer a molle panel design for mounting recovery gear and off-road supplies for quick accessibility when you need them on the trail. Additionally, the panels feature integrated Rotopax mounts for securing fluid containers. The chase rack is crafted from heavy-duty steel, and it is finished in a dual-stage hammer black powder coat that complements your Rivian’s sleek exterior. Our rack boasts an incredibly easy install process that only requires lifting the rack onto your bed cab and securing it to the factory tie-down points.

Roof Rack

Rago EV’s Rivian Roof Rack combines unmatched strength and a low-profile design for the ultimate transport solution when off-road. Our roof rack features 6 durable aluminum crossmembers and double walled sides for a total wall thickness of 5/16” to withstand the added weight from roof top tents, cargo boxes, bike racks, kayaks, and other trail supplies or adventure equipment. The rack mounts to multiple roof install points for a rigid fitment that won’t rattle even when on rough terrain. Its low-profile fitment and solid front fairing offer an aerodynamic design that minimizes wind noise and air resistance. The front fairing even features a protective rubber edge that seals the space between the rack and your Rivian’s roof. The roof rack’s aluminum construction allows you to add minimal weight to your Rivian without sacrificing durability. Our rack is finished in a satin black powder coat with hammer black accents for a sleek look that enhances your Rivian’s styling.

Roof Rack w/ Light Pocket

Our Light Pocket Roof Rack for the Rivian R1T provides the same heavy-duty and low-profile design of our Standard Roof Rack while offering lighting options for enhancing your visibility when on the trail. The light pocket front fairing can run (1) 40-inch radiused or straight LED light bar, or it can be paired with (10) 3-inch pod lights. With our Light Pocket Roof Rack, you can amp-up your Rivian’s off-road lighting capabilities while securely transporting all of your overland supplies, recovery gear, and adventure toys. 

Roof Rack RIGID Light Mount

For even more lighting options, you can pair Rago EV’s Light Pocket Roof Rack with our RIGID Light Mount. It is compatible with (6) RIGID 360 or Adapt XP 6-Inch Round Lights. The mount provides a low-profile design that matches the roof rack’s trim fitment. Our light mount is made from satin black powder coated aluminum, and it features steel light mount brackets that are finished in a 2-stage hammer black powder coat. You can also add lighting capabilities to Rago EV’s Standard Roof Rack by installing the RIGID Light Mount to the solid front fairing.

Roof Rack Standard & Rear Decking Panels

Both of our Rivian Roof Racks are compatible with Rago EV’s Decking Panels for enhanced mounting capabilities. The panels feature a molle design that works with straps, bolts, and other molle attachment systems to mount gear to the racks. They also provide L-Track receiver mounts for securing supplies via L-Track tie-down rings. Lastly, you can fully outfit our roof racks with the decking panels to create a flat mounting surface for transporting larger equipment. This also provides a functional deck that can be used to lounge in the great outdoors after a long day of traversing trails. The panels are made from durable aluminum that is finished in a 2-stage hammer black powder coat. To fully cover Rago EV’s Roof Racks, you will need four pairs of Standard Decking Panels and one pair of Rear Decking Panels.

Bed Cab Molle Panels

Whether you need extra space in your truck bed for daily tools, recovery gear, or off-road equipment, Rago EV’s Bed Cab Molle Panels are designed to maximize your truck bed’s vertical storage space. The molle design is perfect for mounting shovels, axes, fire extinguishers, and so much more. The panels also feature integrated slots for securing fluid containers, full-size med kits, and other supplies. The panels are made from heavy-duty steel and mount to multiple install points for a sturdy design that will keep your gear secure. The 2-stage hammer black powder coat accents your Rivian’s sleek styling.
