Warranty, Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
Rago Fabrication does not accept returns unless an item is defective or ordered in error.
In the event an item is defective, a Return Authorization must be granted prior to return. Any products that were altered or deemed to be defective due to installation error, will not be granted a return authorization. Areas excluded: powder coating, bolts, or any product that has been altered.
To request a return authorization, please email email@example.com. Your request must include pictures and/or video of the defective product including the area that is claimed to be defective, front product label, and top of the box shipping label. If a return is granted, the customer is responsible for shipping to Rago and for the new product.
Once the item is received, Rago Fabrication will inspect the item to ensure ensure it is defective. Any product that has been altered or deemed to be defective due to installation error, will not be granted. If the return is deemed defective, a new item will be sent.
Products Ordered in Error and Exchange
In the event an item is ordered in error, the customer may return the new unused product at their expense. A return shipping charge will be applied (exact cost of shipping of incorrect order) before issuing a credit for the customer to order the correct item. A refund will not be granted on items ordered in error. In addition, if the item shows any wear, he or she will not be issued a refund.
Refunds and Returns
Rago Fabrication does not issue refunds unless they are unable to fulfill a customers order or if there is a manufacturing defect. In the event of a manufacturer defect, Rago will replace the item at no charge. If the customer decides to return the item, he or she will be responsible for all related shipping costs. Refunds will not be granted for any other reason
Special Orders/ Group Buys
Rago Fabrication does not offer cancellations, refunds, or returns on any Special Order/Groups buys unless the fault of Rago.
