International Shipping

International Shipping Terms & Conditions

  • Prices are shown in US dollars.  For conversion, we recommend using a Currency Converter.
  • Any import duties, taxes or brokerage fees due at the time of delivery are the sole responsibility of the receiving customer. Packing slips for International Shipments cannot be marked as a "gift" or with altered prices.
  • Shipping costs at checkout are only an ESTIMATE. In the event, there is additional shipping, Rago will contact you for additional payment. This includes but is not limited to rural areas, extended areas, residences, or areas out of typical carrier routes.  Customers with questions can contact Rago Fabrication via email at info@ragofabrication.com.
  • International Orders may require 3-5 business days or more of additional processing time prior to shipment as we may need to consolidate items to one location for shipment.
  • International order will be shipped by a carrier of our choice (USPS or UPS). Typical transit time will be 3-5 business days.
  • Some brands may not be shipped to certain destinations due to manufacturer restrictions. If you have selected an item that cannot be shipped internationally we will inform you once we receive your order. If you are visiting the US we can ship any product to your hotel or any UPS store for pickup. 

    International and Outside Lower 48 State Shipping 

  • Rago Fabrication is not liable for lost packages or any damages occurred in shipment for international orders as well as orders for Hawaii or Alaska.

Returns / Exchanges/ Cancels

  • Customer is responsible for all back and forth shipping and brokerage charges for returns or exchanges.
  • International shipments should be marked as a "Merchandise Return" with a carrier that does not levy brokerage fees. Customer is responsible for any applicable brokerage or customs charges.
  • Any items shipped COD or having additional brokerage fees that are charged to Rago Fabrication upon delivery will be rejected.
  • We cannot and will not cancel orders that are currently in transit.Customers are able to return products once they receive them.
  • Orders considered lost in transit cannot be canceled. Orders lost in transit can only be cancelled once the carrier acknowledges and sends written confirmation of the lost package so international shipping insurance can be claimed. We are unable to cancel or replace items until written confirmation is received. 
  • All other applicable conditions and terms of our Return or Cancellation apply to international returns. 

Warranty

  • For warranty claims please contact Rago Fabrication.  While Rago Fabrication will assist international customers with warranty claims, items may need to be shipped to the U.S. for inspection or repair. The customer will be responsible for these additional back and forth shipping charges.
