    • Free shipping offers only apply to the lower 48 states within the United States.
    • Orders are shipped in the order received. It typically takes 1-3 business days depending on order time before it ships.  During peak sales and holiday shipping it may take 1-3 additional business days for order processing. If you need expedited shipping, please contact to see the availability.*

    *This policy does not apply to items with stated lead times, which can be found in the item description. i.e. Modular Storage Panels (2-6 weeks), Bed Racks (4-8 weeks), Rock Sliders (4-6 weeks) Occasionally these items will be in stock and ready for shipping; please call 830-896-7571 to check availability for rush shipping. 

    • All orders are shipped by the carrier of our choice (USPS or UPS). Typical transit time will be 3-7 business days.
    • Items that weigh less than 1 pound will be send via USPS First Class mail and will not contain insurance. Insurance is available for an additional charge. In the event an item becomes lost or stolen, the customer will have to place a new order. 
    • Some brands may not be shipped to certain destinations due to manufacturer restrictions. If you have selected an item that cannot be shipped internationally we will inform you once we receive your order. If you are visiting the US we can ship any product to your hotel or any UPS store for pickup. 

    Returns / Exchanges/ Cancels

    • Customer is responsible for all back and forth shipping charges for returns or exchanges.
    • All returns must be authorized and be clearly marked "Return" with a note of the Order Number which the item is being returned on.
    • Any items shipped COD or having additional  fees that are charged to Rago Fabrication upon delivery will be rejected.
    • We cannot and will not cancel orders that are currently in transit. Customers are able to return products once they receive them.
    • Orders considered lost in transit cannot be canceled. Orders lost in transit can only be cancelled once the carrier acknowledges and sends written confirmation of the lost package so shipping insurance can be claimed. We are unable to cancel or replace items until written confirmation is received. 
    • All other applicable conditions and terms of our Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges policy apply. 

    Warranty

    • For warranty claims please contact Rago Fabrication.  While Rago Fabrication will assist customers with warranty claims, items may need to be shipped for inspection. The customer will be responsible for these additional back and forth shipping charges.

    Shipping costs at checkout are only an ESTIMATE. In the event, there is additional shipping, Rago will contact you for additional payment.
