Description

Shield your trailing arm frames while off-road with our 4th Gen Tacoma Trailing Arm Skid Plates. The angled design helps deflect obstacles that are common during overland adventures. With your trailing arms being one of the most vulnerable undercarriage components, a broken arm can send your Tacoma’s suspension into misalignment. Our skid plates help you to avoid this situation. Constructed from heavy-duty 3/16-inch steel and finished in a resilient hammer black powder coat, these plates are designed to withstand the extreme off-road environment. These are proudly made in the USA.

They Interfere with Trailhunter slides, but work with C4

When I first attempted to install these, I found they wouldn't mesh well with the Trailhunter slider mounts. I chose not to modify, since I knew I would be replacing the sliders with C4. C4 allows for these to mount right up.

The guards themselves I would almost consider a necessary modification. My Fj Cruiser has mangled mounts after 15 years, and I wish I had installed guards on it long ago. These Rago guards are very well designed, sleek, and fit like glove.
